PE and sport premium for primary schools
Most schools with primary-age pupils receive the PE and sport premium in the academic year 2015 to 2016. This funds are ring fenced for physical education. Schools must use the funds to make additional and sustainable improvements to the quality of PE and sport they offer.
This means that schools should use the premium to:
•develop or add to the PE and sport activities that your school already offers
•make improvements now that will benefit pupils joining the school in future years.
More information on PE and sport premium can be found at;
